My name is Eric Russell, and I own and operate Reliable Inspections of Tennessee, Inc. I have completed hundreds of home inspections in East Tennessee, with hundreds of satisfied clients and NO complaints. I was born and raised in East Tennessee, and I'm proud to serve the area that I call home.

I chose the name RELIABLE to reflect the values that I covet as a business owner:

R - Reputable.  Honesty and trustworthiness.  Why would you hire someone you cannot trust?

I fulfill and exceed the continuing education requirements of the State of Tennessee, HITA, and InterNACHI every year. 

I hold Home Inspector License #639 issued by the State of Tennessee.

I have taken and passed the National Home Inspector Exam.

I am fully insured.

I am AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training) certified.
