What does a Home Inspection consist of?

A professional evaluation of over 400 items inside as well as outside the home is the heart of a RIT inspection.  I conduct a visual inspection of all accessible systems and components of the home including:

· skylight, chimney and other roof  penetrations;

· decks, stoops, porches, walkways, and railings;
