Home Inspection fees are as follows and are subject to change without being posted:

Up to 2,000 sq.ft.            $295.00
2,001 to 2,500 sq.ft.       $325.00
2,501 to 3,000 sq.ft.       $350.00
3,001 to 3,500sq.ft.        $400.00
3,501 to 4,000sq.ft.        $450.00
4,001 and up call for a quote......

MOLD INSPECTIONS

Mold Inspection fees are as follows and are also subject to change without being posted:

Limited Mold Inspection  $150.00 - A limited mold inspection is one in which a specific area only of the home is inspected for mold.
Up to 2,000 sq. ft.           $200.00.  With a home inspection - $150.00

2,001 to 2,500 sq. ft.      $225.00.  With a home inspection - $175.00

2,501 to 3,000 sq. ft.      $250.00.  With a home inspection - $200.00

3,001 to 3,500 sq. ft.      $275.00.  With a home inspection - $225.00

3,501 to 4,000 sq. ft.      $300.00.  With a home inspection - $250.00

4,001 and up call for a quote.

RADON TESTING

Radon testing of any sq. footage - $150.00

Radon testing requires entry into the property no less than 48 hours prior to the inspection date for accurate sampling.
